At 9:30 Eastern on launch day, 9/3, VIPs will get a link to a virtual waiting room 30 minutes before the public website launch. Once the bat goes live, everyone in the waiting room will be given priority access in a virutal queue to get their bat. Anyone who joins after will go to the back of the virtual queue.
